Founded in 2007, Raumbureau is an office for architecture and urbanism based in Zurich that is active on various levels within the discipline of architecture. From project design and realization to urban research and academic activities, Raumbureau realized a couple of small-scale projects and was recently invited for architectural competitions such as for the new Swiss Embassy Building in Moscow and the Chinese University in Hong Kong. Raumbureau won several prices and awards. Principals Rolf Jenni and Tom Weiss are currently teaching and researching at the ETH Studio Basel–Contemporary City Institute and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences–Center for Urban Landscape.
